Plumbing only

We don't do dentists. We don't do lawyers. We don't do roofers. Just plumbers. One per market.

Every step is built for how plumbing actually works: emergency calls at 2am, repeat customers sitting in your software, drain jobs that need photo proof, water heaters that all go out the same cold week. Once we're working with you, we don't take another plumber in your service area. That's the whole point.

The Problem

6 things killing your jobs right now.

If any two of these sound like your shop, we should talk.

01

Thousands of past customers sitting cold in your software. Nobody's reaching out.

Every shop has a customer list: old jobs, walk-ins, referrals, warranty work. They're the cheapest jobs you'll ever book again. Nobody's calling them. That's money sitting on the table.

We have a QuickBooks list of 2,000-10,000 names sitting cold. No system to bring them back.

02

Your phone rings. You miss it. The job goes next door.

Owners think they answer 97% of calls. They actually answer 66%. The calls you miss are the ones that would've booked. Every miss is a job your competitor gets.

$50/lead average, 30 calls/month, 65% miss rate. That's $975/month paid to Google for calls they never answered. Nearly $12,000 in the bin annually.

03

Somebody Googles "plumber near me" and your competitor shows up first.

You can't figure out why. You don't have time to learn. But every day you're invisible is another day of jobs going to the shop two spots above you. The top 3 spots on Google Maps get 60-80% of all the calls. Everyone else fights for scraps.

04

The last marketing company locked you in and disappeared.

Long contract, vague reports, no straight answers. When you tried to leave, they kept your website, your Google account, or your ads. You don't want to go through that again.

I just got off a call with a SEO agency that quoted my plumbing business $3500/month. I'm a plumber, I don't have 12 months and $40k to find out if this works or not.

05

You're the dispatcher, the salesperson, the owner, and the marketing department.

Something has to give. Every hour you spend trying to figure out Google or chasing a missed lead is an hour you're not on a job or running your shop.

06

The shop next door has way more Google reviews than you.

It doesn't matter that your work is better. The plumber with more stars looks more trusted, ranks higher on the map, and wins the click. Catching up by hand takes years, and most shops never ask after the job, so every month they pull further ahead.

Reactivation math · run your own numbers

What a full reactivation campaign looks like for your shop.

Projected booked revenue · 30-60 day campaign window

$51,000

Your actual numbers depend on your customer list size, average ticket, offer, response rate, and booking rate. We plug in your real numbers on the audit call.

Math: customers × 3% rebook rate × ticket. Conservative floor — home-service case studies (Relentless Digital, 72 Degrees, Local Marketing Club) show 3-8% on past customer lists. First bookings hit week 1-2 from email. SMS amplifies week 2-3 once A2P clears. Late repliers continue through week 6-8. We model exact numbers and scope the campaign on the call after reviewing your list. Money back if the campaign doesn't pay for itself.

Our take

Most agencies do it backwards. We flipped it.

The standard agency playbook: lock you into a 6-month contract, push ads from day one, send monthly reports nobody reads. If the ads don't work, they blame the market and ask for more budget. By the time you realize you're not getting your money back, you're three months deep and your accounts are stuck on theirs.

We do it the opposite way.

  1. 1. Get cash from your past customers first.

Every shop has 2,000-10,000 past customers sitting cold in their software. They're the cheapest jobs you'll ever book again. We pull the list, clean it, then text and email them from your business number. First cash hits the calendar inside 14 days. Money back if it doesn't pay for itself. Lowest-risk first move, full stop.

  2. 2. Fix the foundation second.

After cash lands, we fix the stuff that keeps paying you back: your Google Maps page (so you show up in the top 3), automatic missed-call texts (so callers don't walk), automatic review requests (so your stars grow weekly), a website that actually loads on phones. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

  3. 3. Add growth third.

Once the basics are turning calls into jobs, we add what grows you: AI receptionist for after-hours, Google's Local Service Ads (pay only when a real customer calls), monthly strategy work. Running ads on a leaky system is how plumbers light money on fire. We don't add this stuff until the basics actually work.

That's why we lead with the one-time cash move and stay month-to-month on everything else.

You own it, not us

Most agencies lock you in. We don't.

Most marketing companies rent you a website, a CRM only they can log into, an ad account they own, and a phone number that forwards through them. Stop paying and the whole thing walks. We build everything in your business name. Cancel tomorrow and you keep every lead, every workflow, every dollar of ad history.

How reactivation works

Three steps. First cash in 14 days. Tail books through day 60.

You hand us your customer list. We do everything else. You answer the jobs as they book.

01

DAY 1 · LIST IN, FIRST EMAILS OUT

You send us your customer list. We send the first emails the same day.

Export from whatever software you use (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, even QuickBooks). We clean up duplicates and check every number against the federal Do-Not-Call list so you stay legal. Email goes out Day 1. The phone companies now require a one-time registration before you can text customers from your business number — we file it Day 1, takes about two weeks to clear.

02

DAY 7-21 · BOOKINGS HIT YOUR CALENDAR

Email books jobs in week 1. Texts kick in week 2-3.

The customers most likely to say yes get a real offer first ("got 20 min for a free pre-winter check?"). The rest of the list rolls out in waves. Once the text rules clear (week 2-3), we layer texts from your business number on top — that's where bookings really pick up. Texts plus email together book 30-40% more than either one alone.

03

DAY 21-60 · LATE REPLIES KEEP BOOKING

Most cash hits weeks 1-4. The tail runs through week 6-8.

Reactivation isn't a one-day blast — it's a 30-60 day campaign. 3-8 out of every 100 past customers book again (Relentless Digital, real plumber case studies). Quick math: 4,000 past customers × $425 average job × 3% rebook = $51,000 in projected jobs. Money back if it doesn't pay for itself.

No-risk first move

Money back if it doesn't pay for itself.

  • • Flat fee. No revenue-share fights. The number we tell you is the number.
  • • You own the list, the system, the data. If you leave, you take it all.
  • • Texts follow the new carrier rules (we file the paperwork). Numbers checked against the federal Do-Not-Call list. Opt-out is automatic. Your business number won't get marked as spam.
  • • Booked jobs reported weekly. Real numbers, not slides.

We'll review your customer count and your software, and quote you in writing on the call.

What comes after the cash

Most plumbers stick around. Month-to-month.

Reactivation is the one-time cash move. After the cash lands, most plumbers want the monthly work that keeps paying off: getting on Google Maps, automatic missed-call texts, automatic review requests, a website that loads, and automatic follow-up on every call so nothing falls through the cracks.

When you're ready, we add growth on top — AI receptionist for after-hours, Google's Local Service Ads (pay only when a real customer calls), monthly strategy. We don't pitch you on month two until month one is paying off. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

We scope and price on the call after the audit, based on what your shop actually needs. Not a menu. Not a tier you don't fit.

What we run

Six pieces. One phone number. All yours.

The monthly work that keeps your calendar full after the reactivation cash lands. Open any piece to see what it does in the field and why it pays you.

01

Lead generation

Google Local Service Ads, Google search ads, and Facebook ads that follow up with homeowners who visited but didn't book. Built to book jobs, not clicks.

See how it pays you

In the field

6:47pm Saturday. A homeowner types “emergency plumber near me.” Your Google listing sits at the top. She taps, your phone rings, you book the drain clear on the spot.

Why this pays you

We only target the searches that end in a booked job, not the tire-kicker quote calls.

02

Follow-up automation

SMS and email sequences that run until the lead books or opts out. Two-way texting from your business number.

See how it pays you

In the field

A web lead fills the form at 10:14pm Sunday. 28 seconds later: “Hey, it’s your shop — can we send a tech out Monday at 9?” They reply. You book the job while the competitor’s voicemail is still full.

Why this pays you

Web leads answered inside 5 minutes book far more often. Ours fire in about 30 seconds.

03

Conversion website

Fast mobile site that loads in under a second. Click-to-call right where the thumb sits. Built to rank locally and book the job.

See how it pays you

In the field

Someone searches “water heater repair” at lunch on their phone. Your page loads in 0.8 seconds. Tap-to-call sits right at the thumb. They tap. You pick up between jobs.

Why this pays you

Sub-second mobile load plus a thumb-ready call button roughly doubles the booking rate on the same traffic.

04

Review engine

Post-job review requests. Smart routing. Photo and testimonial capture. Stars that grow every week.

See how it pays you

In the field

Job closes at 3pm. At 3:05 the customer gets a text: “Hope we took care of you — mind rating us?” Five stars post to Google. Anything less routes to your inbox first so you can make it right.

Why this pays you

More 5-star reviews than the top 3 plumbers in your ZIP. That’s the moat competitors can’t copy overnight.

05

Google Business Profile

Full optimization. Weekly geo-tagged posts. Q&A seeding. Review-response templates.

See how it pays you

In the field

We post “emergency repipe in your neighborhood” with photos each week. Google reads the location, the service, the freshness. Your pin climbs into the Maps 3-pack for every area you serve.

Why this pays you

Top 3 in Maps takes roughly 70% of all local “plumber near me” clicks. That’s where the jobs live.

06

Done-for-you ops

We run the whole stack. Monthly strategy call. Weekly async reports. You stay on the truck.

See how it pays you

In the field

Monday, a booked-jobs report hits your inbox. Tuesday, ads get optimized off what converted. Friday, reviews are answered and posts are scheduled. You never opened a dashboard.

Why this pays you

12+ hours a week back. Spend them on jobs, not in front of a screen trying to look like a marketer.

How we work

Six rules. We hold ourselves to them.

If we ever break one of these, fire us. Keep your assets. Tell other plumbers what happened.

01

Plumbing only.

We don't do dentists, lawyers, or HVAC. One trade, one playbook. Every step is tuned to how plumbing actually works.

02

Free audit before anything else.

You don't pay us a dime until you've seen the audit, watched the video, and read the plan. The audit IS the proof.

03

Pay for results. Month-to-month.

No 12-month contracts. If we don't move the needle, you fire us. Our confidence is in the work, not the paperwork.

04

You own every asset.

Your website, your Google Maps page, your ad accounts, your customer data — all in your name from day one. If you leave, you take it all.

05

Price told straight, on the call.

Different shops need different first moves. We quote you after the audit, based on what your shop actually needs. The number we tell you is the number. No haggle, no hidden fees.

06

We tell you the truth.

If reactivation alone is the right move and you don't need monthly help, we say so. If Google's Local Service Ads (pay only when a real customer calls) beat SEO for your area, we say so. Whatever puts money in your pocket fastest — that's what we tell you.

Proof

Real numbers. From real shops.

Industry numbers and what we've built before. Your real numbers get plugged in on the call.

Fit check

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

We'd rather tell you straight than waste your time on a call. If the left side sounds like your shop, we should talk.

This is for you if

  • You have past customers sitting in your software.
  • You answer the phone, or you want help fixing missed calls.
  • You can handle more booked jobs.
  • You care about owning your leads and accounts.

This is not for you if

  • You want cheap leads only.
  • You won't answer the phone.
  • You're already booked out for months.
  • You want a long agency contract.

Frequently asked

The honest version.

Why don't you show prices on the site?

Because a 3-truck shop with 800 past customers and a 12-truck shop with 8,000 need different first moves. We give you the free audit, walk you through what we'd do, then quote a number that fits YOUR shop on the call — in writing, on the call.

Is texting my old customer list legal? Won't my number get marked as spam?

Yes, it's legal — if it's done right. Three things keep you safe: (1) we only text people you have an existing business relationship with (past customers, not strangers), (2) every number is scrubbed against the federal Do-Not-Call list before anything sends, and (3) the phone companies now require a one-time registration before any business can text from its number — we file that paperwork for you (about two weeks to clear) and write the messages to follow the carrier rules. Opt-out is automatic on every send. We've never had a client's number flagged.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Month-to-month, always. The one-time reactivation work is a flat fee — money back if it doesn't pay for itself. Monthly work is month-to-month from day one. We ask you to give it 90 days before judging results, but you can still cancel any month.

What if I'm already locked in with another marketing agency?

Most contracts have an out, you just have to know where to look. We've seen plumbers stuck with Scorpion, RYNO, Blue Corona, and the rest. On the call we'll review your contract for free and tell you straight: is there a clean exit, what's at risk, what to do first. If we can't get you out cleanly, we wait. We don't add to the mess.

How fast can I actually see results?

Reactivation: first booked jobs typically inside 7-14 days. Missed-call text-back: live in 48 hours, you start saving missed jobs immediately. Google Maps rank movement: visible in 10 days, holds with ongoing work. Full system (site + automation + reporting): 2-3 weeks to ship.

What does "money back if it doesn't pay for itself" actually mean?

Simple: if the campaign doesn't book more revenue than what you paid us within 60 days, you get your money back. Booked jobs are tracked automatically — you see the same dashboard we do. Worst case for you is breakeven. No-risk first move.

Will you work with my competitors?

No. One plumbing shop per market. Once we're working with you, we don't take another plumber in your service area. The whole point is to move you up, not split the work between two shops chasing the same calls.
